Nasopharyngeal is a cancer which develop on the upper most part of a throat or know by its name nasopharynx. The exact location is right behind the nose.

There are several types of cancer can develop in the nasopharynx. Benign cancer are rare in this part and usually occur to children and young adults. It will not spread to other parts of the body and not life threatening.

Nasopharyngeal is the most common malignant cancer of the nasopharynx.
